China launches first national security probe into imported printing and copying equipment_我的网站

A |     (ECNS) -- China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced on Wednesday that it had launched a national security investigation into imported office equipment with printing and copying functions that uses foreign system software, marking the country's first national security investigation in the field of foreign trade.    The ministry said preliminary information indicated that imports of such equipment could affect China's national security interests related to foreign trade.    Foreign system software refers to driver software and embedded software developed, tested or maintained by foreign individuals or entities, according to the ministry.    The investigation will examine imports of the products concerned and assess the impact, technologies or services on national security interests. It will also review domestic demand in related sectors, the degree of reliance on foreign goods, technologies or services, the development of relevant domestic industries, the impact of imports on those industries, and their capacity to meet domestic demand and support national security interests.    It will also examine the impact of relevant foreign government policies and measures on China's national security interests, as well as any other matters affecting national security interests in foreign trade, the ministry noted.    The investigation is expected to be completed within 12 months of the publication of the announcement launching the probe, although the deadline may be extended under special circumstances, it said.    The investigating authority will conduct the probe in accordance with the law, fully protect the rights and interests of all parties concerned, and make an objective and impartial ruling based on its findings. The ministry added that the investigation is intended to firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of China's domestic industries and the country's national security interests                        。

B |     संवाद सूत्र, चैनपुर(कैमूर)। थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम डीहा में 25 अगस्त 2025 कि शाम सात बजे छत की कुंडी में लटका हुआ 1 शव बरामदगी के मामले में मृतक के पिता के द्वारा चैनपुर थाने में आवेदन देते हुए सात लोगों के विरुद्ध नामजद प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई है।,दिए गए आवेदन में ग्राम डीहा के निवासी जितेंद्र गौड़, पिता राम मूरत गौड़ के द्वारा बताया गया है प्रेम प्रसंग के मामले को लेकर संयोजित तरीके से जितेंद्र गौड़ के पुत्र सूरज कुमार को बुलाकर हत्या करने के बाद शव कुंडी से लटका दिया गया है।,मामले में मृतक के पिता के द्वारा चैनपुर थाने में आवेदन देते हुए बताया गया है गांव के ही दो लड़कियों के द्वारा बहने से अपने घर में बुलाया गया, जिसके बाद सुंयोजित तरीके से अपने परिवार वालों के साथ मिलकर युवक की जमकर पिटाई की गई अधमरा होने की स्थिति में गांव के ही ठाकुर साह के घर में जिसमें कोई नहीं रहता है उसके छत की कुंडी में गले में फंदा लगाकर लटका दिया गया, जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई उक्त लोगों के द्वारा पूरा कार्य षड्यंत्र के तहद किया गया है।,बता दें की 25 अगस्त 2025 की रात 9:00 बजे के करीब चैनपुर पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी कि ग्राम डीहा में ठाकुर साह का एक पुराना मकान जिसमें पशुओं के लिए चारा आदि रखा हुआ रहता है, उसमें सूरज कुमार नाम के युवक का शव छत की कुंडी के सहारे लटका हुआ मिला था। मृतक एवं उसका पूरा परिवार नगर पंचायत हाटा में ठेला पर फल आदि बेचने का कार्य करते थे।,जिस दिन शव बरामद हुआ है, शाम के पहर हाटा से दुकानदारी करने के बाद वह घर लौटा था, शाम 7 बजे के करीब यह घटना सामने आई थी, 9 बजे के करीब पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी जिसके पास पुलिस के द्वारा शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम कराने के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया था, घटना के दो दिन के बाद चैनपुर थाने में मृतक के पिता के द्वारा आवेदन दिया गया है।,वही इस मामले से संबंधित जानकारी लेने पर थानाध्यक्ष विजय प्रसाद के द्वारा बताया गया छत की कुंडी के सहारे लटके युवक के शव के मामले में जब तक पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट नहीं आ जाता है तब तक कुछ भी कहना संभव नहीं है, पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट एवं फॉरेंसिक से ही पूरे मामले का खुलासा होगा, पिता के द्वारा दिए गए आवेदन पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर ली गई है मामले में जांच पड़ताल जारी है।。
